Does my insurance cover treatment?


We do not require a referral prior to booking an assessment. However, if you have extended health benefits, your insurance may need a referral. Give your insurance company a call directly to find out if a referral from your family doctor is required. 

Do I require a referral from my doctor?


Our office policy is such that we require payment upfront for our services. We are happy to send claims off for our patients, either electronically or via mail, which ensures patients are reimbursed directly. Direct billings may be accepted, on a case-by-case basis.
