Does my insurance cover treatment?
We do not require referrals prior to booking you an assessment. However, if you have extended health benefits, your insurance may need a referral before you are reimbursed for any treatment. Give your insurance company a call directly to find out if a referral from your family doctor is required.
Do I require a referral from my doctor?
Our office policy is such that we require payment upfront for our services. However, we are happy to send claims off for our patients, either electronically or via mail, which ensures patients are reimbursed directly.
